Course Design

The Ledgestone design team, led by Nate Heinold and Kip Taufer, have been involved in several course design projects over the last decade. Projects that they have assisted with or been responsible for include:

  • Ivy Hill: Featured course for the 2024 PDGA Pro World Championships
  • Northwood Gold: Featured course for the 2019 PDGA Pro World Championships
  • Northwood Black: Featured course for the 2024 PDGA Champions Cup Major
  • Lake Eureka Temp: Featured course for the annual Ledgestone Elite Series event
  • Northwood Blue
  • Kennel Lake
  • Megiddo at Westwood
  • Goodfield Park

The Ledgestone team is well versed in course design and has designed beginner friendly courses such as Goodfield Park, intermediate blue level courses such as Kennel Lake and black level courses such as Eureka Temp and Northwood Black. The design team also has the ability to provide graphic services to build course assets such as signs and kiosks, and has the ability to provide championship targets from Discraft.

The Ledgestone team takes on 1 to 2 course design projects per year and currently have several projects in the works. Parties interested in Ledgestone’s design services should email nate@lisopen.com
